For me, the play of the season will be Mr. & Mrs. Fitch at 2ST with Ehle and Lithgow. But if we're talking Broadway season, I am going to go with either In the Next Room or Oleanna.

What theater is
"In The Next Room" going into?
I haven't heard of it? is it off Bway?
In the Next Room (or the vibrator play) is going into the Lyceum Theatre. Laura Benanti and Michael Cerveris are starring.

In the Next Room is a Lincoln Center production; offhand, does anybody know when the tickets are available to subscribers?
I'm thinking, though it takes place at BAM, that Streetcar with Cate Blanchett might be pretty special this season...although I DO have a ticket to Othello, I read the review from tryouts in Vienna and think that might be too out there, even for me
Looking forward to Oleanna as well...
Personally for me, I am looking forward to Superior Donuts.

In The Next Room all the way! So excited! One of my favorite new playwrights in my favorite Broadway house with two of my favorite actors! Whoot!
Our Town. Our Town. Our Town.
Best play in New York.
"Best show in NYC - if not America." - Wall Street Journal
Our Town isn't from this season. It's from last season.
It is still the best play in New York City.
This season has BARLEY begun.
I know its not on Broadway but I cant wait to see Vigil, the new play with Malcolm Gets and Helen Stenborg, my friend who saw it at Wesport could not stop talking about it for months after she saw that production and now that Malcolm is doing it I bet its going to be amazing. I just bought tickets to the first preview next week (soooo excited)...I have a feeling this one might come out of nowhere.
Steady Rain, Hamlet, and also After Miss Julie.
