I just got an email today about the SpeakEasy Stage Company in Boston putting on the show. I really can't afford it, but I don't think I can pass up a chance to see the show...

About the Studio Theatre Production in DC-

Broadway gal Trisha Jeffrey is Emmie in this production. She was in All Shook Up just recently and before that was Crystal in Little Shop. Some of the following info is from her directly but you can get full info from her fan site http://trishajeffreyfans.tripod.com.

It starts in previews Wed, May 17. Fri, May 20 is "Pay What You Can Night" where you can literally pay as little as $1 or whatever's in your wallet - be at the box office 2 hours + beforehand. The show opens May 21 and ends June 25 with a possible extension through July 23. Full price tickets range from $42 to $62 but there are discounts like student rush.

All who can should go to DC and see it! =)

Thanks! Though it's not the money, it's more the time! There's always money for CAROLINE.

I've had the cast album for aaaaages but really haven't been able to get into it. I'm hoping that seeing it at the National will bring it alive, especially after all the praise it has received on here re: The NATIONAL THEATER will present Caroline or Change
