Any updates on the cast album? There was a press release and nothing else since.

The 2017 Encores! cast recording of The New Yorkers is finally being released on December 6th, 2019.

Talk about delayed gratification. Definitely going to have to pick it up, even though I was disappointed they didn't reconstruct it closer to the original show.

I have long been amused at how New Yorkers--the real ones, who consider themselves the epitome of sophistication--dissolve into bowls of mush every time a song mentions Manhattan.
