I'm in the process of re-arranging my items in storage when I came across this. Back in the summer of 2006, I was an intern at the Williamstown Theatre Festival and one of the assignments I was given was to create a poster for a production of an original show. I was given no script but did have a very brief creative design meeting with the director, Alex Timbers. Here is what I designed:

Just thought I would share for those interested in the show. I still haven't seen it and don't know what it's about, but I will definitely be seeing it when it comes to Broadway.

"The Spectacle has, indeed, an emotional attraction of its own, but, of all the parts, it is the least artistic, and connected least with the art of poetry. For the power of Tragedy, we may be sure, is felt even apart from representation and actors. Besides, the production of spectacular effects depends more on the art of the stage machinist than on that of the poet."

Cool! I don't think it really reflects the show as it is now, though.

I don't know what significance it has with the play, however I helped create a similar title art, as seen below, for (if I remember correctly) cast t-shirts?

Probably. They use the AC/DC logo in the show and on Ghostlight's website.
