YAY for Roger Bart.
He is a fabulous actor.
He is a fabulous actor.
David walked into the valley
With a stone clutched in his hand
He was only a boy
But he knew someone must take a stand
There will always be a valley
Always mountains one must scale
There will always be perilous waters
Which someone must sail
-Into the Fire

HE'S MY SECRET LOVER.
With that said, oh my god, I love Roger Bart with such a passion. I was very surprised to see this here, actually, since I've been thinking about him and Gary Beach for the past ten minutes (it was a weird coincidence, is all). One of my friends got the Home for the Holidays CD, and I've been dying to hear their Silver Bells for months. She can't send it to me, though, because her mother is paranoid and weird about the internet. *sniffs* I don't want to wait 'til Christmas. I'm that impatient.
I love, love, love Roger.

WHOO! A ROGER THREAD!!!!
I love him so so so so so SO MUCH. From Triumph of Love, to YAGMCB, to The Producers (both as Carmen AND Leo), to The Frogs, to Stepford.....
He's a great actor. I saw him twice as Leo in The Producers and once in The Frogs...and I own basically every recording he's ever made. *sigh* He's a sweetheart, too! I met him after each show I've seen him in...and got a hug from him once. ^_^ Can't wait to see him on Desperate Housewives and in The Producers movie...and if he doesn't come back to Broadway soon I think I'll cry.
*hugs Sally* You rock for starting this thread!

I love Roger. I met him once and talked to him for a few minutes, then took a picture with him, and then my camera was stolen. Sadness, I know.
Why do we play with fire?
Why do we run our fingers through the flame?
Why do we leave our hands on the stove, although we know we're in for some pain?

That's terrible, Jess! I was so worried I would lose my camera after I saw The Frogs. I put it in my bag, back at the hotel, and locked the bag and the room...pretty much everything. No one got near that camera until I got home.

I know, but it's okay, I know him for, um, other reasons, so I'm okay with it.

Actually, Roger was asked to audition for Lumiere! But, he got to where the auditions were and Gary Beach (who is FABULOUS!!!) had already gotten the part.
What a coincidence - XD!
^^This is why I love Seth's Chatterbox.
And I do feel quite lucky to have even met him..though it took me three times to form a rational sentence around the man x.x. The hug - dear lord, I was so happy. Time froze XD!

*blushes* Thanks...I don't think so, but thanks! The funny thing is, I don't remember the flash going off. After he left, I had to ask my friend if it did or not x.x.
And I saw that he signed with a pawprint! Can we say adorable?
