Only a guess: the payout was a combo of the two entities (Woods doesn't have THAT much cash on hand as of right now), and it's somewhat simpler in this specific situation since Jujamcyn is both the landlord and the lead producer on WOODS. Even if it's Jujamcyn making a "loan" to the ITW entity.

Whoever is footing the bill for the transfer, they've made it seamless. This morning I got an email message from SeatGeek telling me about the theater change and that my ticket order hae been transferred to Telecharge. This afternoon, I got a message from Telecharge with a link to check my new seat location. I have the same actual seat at the Barrymore that I purchased for the St. James; however, if I wanted to change my seats, I was given the option to exchange my tickets.
