Steve Martin is too old for Leo, but he would be a great Carmen Ghia.

BTW, reportedly Kelsey Grammar turned down Max. Thank God.

Though this doesn't always signal the end of a Broadway run ("Beauty and the Beast" is an exception), The Marriott Theatre in Lincolnshire, IL has announced it will do one of the first regional productions of "The Producers" next season. "Little Women" is also in their season.

The show could use some new blood in the leads, Hunter Foster is just not right for Leo, I love him, but he's too cute and confident as a performer.

It was hilarious when I saw it on tour, but then the I saw the movie and I didn't laugh. It can go, I'm over it. I'm still pissed The Full Monty lost to it - yes I hold grudges!

If you want a spookier house for YF put it in the Belasco, I get the creeps every time I walk past that place!
