With American Utopia now confirmed for the St. James Theatre through the spring of 2022, has the revival of the Who's Tommy been postponed indefinitely? I was told by a reliable source that they were planning on going into the St. James in February 2022, but American Utopia is selling tickets into March 2022. Anyone have any insight?

That would mean the St. James would play host to a rock show after a rock show, after another rock show.

AU is only selling tickets thru March 6. Another musical could very well move in for a Spring 2022 run and before a late-April TONY cut off (if awards seasons goes back to normal, that is…)
