This is really not answerable. Tempo is not an absolute. Sometimes you hear a patter song done very, very fast, sometimes you hear the same song done less fast.
And even discounting that, it's not really measurable. Do you measure it based on how many syllables in how many seconds? That makes sense, except that some words are harder to pronounce quickly (or even slowly) than others.
