See I don't think with too many of my favs there's one moment that makes me want to go back, it's a lot of things. But to answer the question slightly different for some I've seen more than once:
DRS-the fantabulous performances
Wicked-DG, along w/ Wizard and I, No Good Deed and the inspiring story
Rent-the amazing book and story, but partiuclarly when Seasons of Love, Will I?, I'll Cover You Reprise and One Song Glory are performed--though none are my absolute fav Rent songs, they're the ones I love to see in the context of the show and live
Phantom-recently Hugh Panaro's magnificent performance, but also the title song, Music of the Night, Angel of Music and All I ask Of You, combined w/ the spectacle of the smoke and lake and orchestra
Light in the Piazza-the fact that there's so much to that show-orchestra, scenery, music, performance everything, that I couldn't catch it all the first time and I got a totally diff. experience going back the second time
La Cage-watching Les Cagelles, particularly in "La Cage Aux folles"-guess that comes close to a moment

"If there was a Mount Rushmore for Broadway scores, "West Side Story" would be front and center. It snaps, it crackles it pops! It surges with a roar, its energy and sheer life undiminished by the years" - NYPost reviewer Elisabeth Vincentelli
