the only thing that interfered with my view at all was the short railing in front of me, which wasn't hard to look over when needed (It only cut off the first two feet of the stage). The second row, I'm guessing wouldn't even have that problem. Except that every time you lean forward, the second row has to lean forward to see over you, and the third row has to lean forward to see over them, etc.
It might get better the further back you go, but then (obviously) you're further back.
qolbinau, I don't know how tall you are, but I'm barely 5'2", which doesn't help at all, so I avoid the Palace balcony if at all possible because I can never see anything.
