I'm a Jew, so for Hannukah I got:
The Q Guide to Broadway by Seth Rudetsky
A Chorus Line revival cast recording
Subscription to Playbill Magazine
And a trip to NYC with my aunt with tickets to see Drowsy Chaperone and Spring Awakening. Tomorrow!!!

And just like your stereotypical Jew, I'm going to the movies today and eating Chinese food. What movie you ask? Well, just like the rest of the world, DREAMGIRLS!

I got "The Color Purple: A Memory Book," "The Broadway Almanac," and an iTunes gift card for which to buy Broadway-related music for my brand new video iPod.

I will also be seeing "Dreamgirls" tonight.. Can't WAIT.

Tonya Pinkins: Then we had a "Lot's Wife" last June that was my personal favorite. I'm still trying to get them to let me sing it at some performance where we get to sing an excerpt that's gone.

That's mostly the whole title. Also on the cover it says "Actors' tales of rising to the top". GREAT book.
