Does anyone else remember Reynold's short lived tv sitcom in the 1960s?
I recall the theme song she sang was "WITH A LITTLE LOVE, JUST A LITTLE LOVE," it has been stuck in my head for years.
ALSO of note, Ms. Reynolds was very much involved in the banning of cigarette commercials on tv. I recall her saying that she was watching an episode of her show one evening at home, and she saw cigarette commercials and got very upset. She began something or a crusade at the time to have cigarette commercials banned from television. Quite a feisty woman!

Posted: 2/10/05 at 2:50amMiss Reynolds has not always been good in everything she's done, sometimes seeming to parody herself. But when she is good, she is very very good. Her not being Oscar nominated for the brilliant job she did as "Mother" in Albert Brooks' film of the same name was a major oversight, and she was delightful in In and Out as well. Last year I saw her and her 1950s costar John Saxon on stage in Love Letters and she was absolutely terrific, revealing many layers in a touching, funny, ribald, and sensitive performance. On another note, I just listened to A New Brain tonight for the first time and wow! As much as I love William Finn's Falsettos, this score seems at first listening to be even better. I so regret that I was unable to attend the recent reading at UCLA and as others have posted, I hope that there will be a real production in the L.A. area someday in the hopefully near future.
