Ticketmaster Question Regarding Additional Seating Choices....

Does anyone know how to get Ticketmaster.com to offer you another set of seats? It just keeps offering me the same seats and it doesn't seem possible to get another choice if I am not happy with what is offered. Any ideas? Is is even possible?

use two different browsers (firefox/IE/Safari), search for one set, and then when it's on the "Ticketmaster Shipping" page with all the ticket info and timer, go search for tickets on the same date in the another browser.

Call. If you're using a discount code tell them you have the code AFTER they offer you the seats you want.

I've done the browser switching too. Although, it didn't always work and/or I still wasn't satisfied. I find it much easier to just call ticketmaster. In my experience, the operators are friendly and able to accommodate my specific requests.

Would that really work? Wouldn't they have to redo the search with the discount code, thus possibly changing your search results?

Unless they've changed it since the last time I called they do not redo the search. They just give you the seats they offered at the discounted price.

Telecharge, on the otherhand, does redo the search and you lose the seats they first offered.
