There was no set list in the program and, as of now, nothing has been posted to the Carnegie Hall website. But this is what I could piece together by taking little notes during the concert. Thank God it wasn't all The Frogs and Pacific Overtures or I would have been lost.
This was a genius program performed wonderfully. There are so many more Sondheim songs I want to see Tituss interpret now. Do I Hear a Waltz? Passion? A Little Night Music? I would happily return for a whole concert series.
Orchestral Medley (including Company, A Little Night Music, etc.)
Comedy Tonight - A Funny Thing Happened on the Way to the Forum - Ensemble
I'm Calm - A Funny Thing Happened on the Way to the Forum - Tituss
Something's Coming/Tonight - West Side Story - Tituss
Somewhere - West Side Story - Tituss
Loveland - Follies - Ensemble
Sunday in the Park With George - Sunday in the Park With George - Tituss
Let Me Entertain You - Gypsy - Tituss
Sooner or Later - Dick Tracy - Jane (I felt very clever for predicting this before the concert.)
Everything's Coming Up Roses - Gypsy - Lillias
Everybody Says Don't - Anyone Can Whistle - Orfeh
You Gotta Get A Gimmick - Gypsy - Lillias (Mazeppa), Jane (Elektra), Orfeh (Tessie Tura)
Anyone Can Whistle - Anyone Can Whistle - Tituss
Orchestral - I couldn't identify it.
Company - Company - Tituss/Ensemble
Not Getting Married Today - Company - Tituss/Ensemble Soloists (The soloists were fantastic.)
Prologue- Into the Woods - Ensemble (I think it was the "So Happy" prologue because that makes sense but I don't remember.)
If You Can Find Me, I'm Here - Evening Primrose (I had to look this one up. I've heard of Evening Primrose but I've never listened to it. If anyone knows of a good recording I'd appreciate it. It sounds like Mannequin + After Hours-Twilight Zone so I'm sure I'll love it.)
Now You Know - Merrily We Roll Along - Ensemble (Shame that one of the soloists mics was having issues.)
No More- Into the Woods - Tituss/Michael (Completely unexpected and gorgeous moment.)
Take Me to the World - Evening Primrose - Tituss
The following songs were the equivalent of the big MegaMix finale.
With So Little to Be Sure Of - Anyone Can Whistle - Tituss (I'd love to have a recording of the whole show but this was a standout because of the arrangement.)
short segment - I think this was just Sunday in the Park With George - Sunday in the Park With George again.
Unworthy of Your Love - Assassins - Ensemble

You can see the original broadcast of Evening Primrose on YouTube. Nonesuch released a recording of songs from The Frogs and Evening Primrose. I have had it for a for a number of years. Neil Patrick Harris sings Charles.

Kritzerland has released the full soundtrack to the television special featuring Anthony Perkins & Charmian Carr. It has a few orchestral suites in it as well as the four songs.
