Damn. I though Jay Johnson would be going to the Palace
In answer to an earlier question, saw GH with original cast & Jeter was brilliant

I wish Michale were still here
we lost a great great talent!
Jay Johnson is doing bad at the box office even if it is ssssooooo good! I'm going to see it at least 2 more times before it closes! I will be at the last performance!

A flamenco show was mentioned above
I think if they revived Lestat with flamenco dancers it would be a huge hit
Just what broadway needs - another flamenco show

Posted: 11/12/06 at 5:59pmGrand Hotel had such a sublime cast. Jeeter was SO wonderful. Those of you that have seen the footage of his (richly-deserved) Tony Award speech know what I mean (and it's available SOMEWHERE - - but that would be wrong on the web YOU know where). He made me cry several times during the show and laugh my ass off as well. Damn AIDS.

for some reason that sounds so odd to me. why would he be in the theater measuring windows...couldn't someone do that for him...and if they are not big enough does he need some other theater?? it sounds bizzare.
i feel legally blonde will do well.

Posted: 11/19/06 at 9:26pmIll say it again, perhaps he’s helping with GREASE which is currently using the theatre. He was credited in the last revival.

Posted: 11/19/06 at 11:12pmchoreographer? dare i say it, performer?
#39re: Tommy Tune Measuring Windows at the Palace Theatre
Posted: 11/20/06 at 6:28pmNo-he did not choreograph it. That was jeff calhoun (i believe). Tommy Tune produced it. Hence "Tommy Tune Presents: Grease!"
