Cast albums are NOT "soundtracks."
Live theatre does not use a "soundtrack." If it did, it wouldn't be live theatre!
I host a weekly one-hour radio program featuring cast album selections as well as songs by cabaret, jazz and theatre artists. The program, FRONT ROW CENTRE is heard Sundays 9 to 10 am and also Saturdays from 8 to 9 am (eastern times) on www.proudfm.com
Do they archive it online so I can listen to it an any other time?
Akiva
Actually the online version is just a live fed of what is broadcast on FOXY. Sorry, no archive available. (In fact I don't even have copies of the program myself!)

I'm listening now! I like the way you tell the story and blend in the songs. But why did you use the older version of 42 Street? I think the revival cast is better.
I chose to use the original cast because it is a better recording, and more closely aproximates the two local productions we are promoting.
