The committee made the following determinations:
Tim Pigott-Smith will be considered eligible in the Best Performance by an Actor in a Leading Role in a Play category for his performance in King Charles III.
Ana Villafañe and Josh Segarra will be considered eligible in the Best Performance by an Actress/Actor in a Leading Role in a Musical categories for their respective performances in On Your Feet!.
Telly Leung and Lea Salonga will be considered eligible in the Best Performance by an Actor/Actress in a Leading Role in a Musical categories for their respective performances in Allegiance.
Donyale Werle and Darrel Maloney will be considered jointly eligible in the Best Scenic Design of a Musical category for their work inAllegiance.
Phoebe Fox, Russell Tovey, Michael Zegen, Michael Gould and Richard Hansell will be considered eligible in the Best Performance by an Actor/Actress in a Featured Role in a Play categories for their respective performances in A View from the Bridge.

Nicola Walker, who certainly deserves very serious Tony consideration, will obviously then be considered a lead.

Josh Segarra seems more like a featured actor to me (and he'd have a better chance at a nomination there too) but other than it all seems right.
Surprised Nicola Walker's considered a Lead. Hope that doesn't lower her chances to get that nomination, cause she definitely derserves one.

Interesting that they put Walker in Lead for View from the Bridge - I was wondering how that would go. Jessica Hecht was Featured in 2010 and Allison Janney was Lead in 1998.
I agree that Walker should be featured. Though in my book it's kind of irrelevant I don't think her performance was particularly worthy of a nomination.
Walker is good, but does't top Hecht's haunting performance.
