Posted: 3/26/05 at 6:31pmHey every one! I have a REALLY nerdy question for you all. Bernadette Peters and Kristin Chenoweth have been two of my favorite perfomers and have truly inspired me to pursue my dreams as a performer. So, here is the thing. I graduate from High School this may(yay!) would it be totally wrong/weird/stupid if I sent them a graduation announcment with a note explaning to them how improtant their work has been to me and I know that they can't come but thought it polite to extend the inviation since their performaces have given me so much? Is this tottaly wierd? Please let me know!

Posted: 3/26/05 at 6:43pmI've never met Cheno, but Bernadette is a doll. She'd be incredibly honored. I say go for it.

Posted: 3/26/05 at 6:50pmKC is a friend of several friends. According to them, she'd be fine with it. And really, all you are doing is complimenting them. If they choose not to respond at all (and be prepared for that, without taking it personally), that's their business. i don't see how anyone would be insulted.

I think that's sweet. I know if I were a famous performer and someone did that for me, I would be incredibly flattered and very honored. I say go for it.
