Posted: 4/22/06 at 10:38pmWhen the trailer for this came on before Failure to Launch someone shouted "WHY?" I totally agree. I didn't watch the TV movie but thought that it looked like an educational film that could be shown in History classes in a few years. But, something like this just seems so uneccessary.

Posted: 4/22/06 at 11:53pmThis film is certainly well meant, but I don't know why anyone would see a movie in which you know everyone you're introduced to is going to die a hideous death. If it were a documentary that gave us bits of the cockpit recording, the air-traffic transcripts, and interviews with the passengers' family members, it might give us the distance needed to be effective.
I ask in all honesty/What would life be?/Without a song and a dance, what are we?/So I say "Thank you for the music/For giving it to me."
