The Museum of the City of New York, which has an amazing theater collection, just put a fun post on their blog of some photos of unidentified actors, including one of the FOLLIES ghosts. Anyone recognize any of these?

I don't personally recognize any of them, but I'm surprised that nobody knows who those Follies actresses are. 1971 wasn't that long ago. You'd think one of the original cast members could just take a quick look at the photos and say "oh yeah, that's ol' whoozis"

You'd be surprised how quickly a person's name can fade from your mind, especially when dealing with memories of a large cast show. I've got shows from just ten or fifteen years ago where I can look at production shots and not remember some of the names of the cast, usually ones that I didn't have to interact with all that much once we got out of rehearsals and into performances, and I'm only turning 35 at the end of this week. I can imagine it can be rather difficult to remember someone's name from almost 45 years ago if you weren't particularly close to that person to begin with.
