It will be cast from scratch here in Toronto mostly Canuck talent tho I don't eliminate the possibility of importing a Yankee or two if a role is particularly difficult ( ie Little Sally) Our talent pool is big enough to find more that adequate performers!

I would love to see Jessica-Snow Wilson as Little Sally. I really couldn't stand her Eponine, but everything I disliked about her in Les Miz would be right for Urinetown.

I don't think Tyley Ross could play Bobby -- he's going to be playing Jamie in The Last 5 Years until May 29. Urinetown is to begin previews May 19.

I'm pleased as punch that it's going to be cast locally, and that CanStage are the people to do it. It's high time some other "big guns" stepped into Mirvish territory!

I live in Saskatchewan so I'll definetly be taking a trip down to Toronto to see some of these shows. Ah, I'm so excited! :)
