I really hope whatever she was rumored to be working on comes to fruition and we see her back in broadway very very soon.

Thank you for sharing this. My love, respect, and adoration for Chita grows each day.

I typically don't stage door, but I did for The Visit. Ms. Rivera was so kind and gracious to everyone. When I told her how that despite career ending injuries, that I was beginning to dance again at 30 after walking away 3 years prior and she was a reason I was doing so, she put my hand in hers, looked me in the eye, and with her great smile she told me, "Your heart clearly knows what you need to be doing, dear!"

Chita takes her time with every single person and truly cares about her fans. She's just the kindest person you could ever hope to encounter.
