I'm going for a Ave Q audition next week. I am having trouble choosing what to sing so here are a some songs I sing for you to vote on :P

I say SOMEWHERE THATS GREEN. Its a really nice song and it has a few jokes in there. But thats just me.

somewhere that's green...ONLY IF you can do a really cool voice to go with it...make sure it sounds affected...thats what they want.

Well, most of the folks at Avenue Q have character voices, so anything you can sing with a unique voice might be good.

My two cents: sing "I Enjoy Being A Girl" but throw in a crazy voice and take a completely new interpretation with it - get risky (it is Avenue Q after all) with the interpretation of it and...well, why you enjoy being a girl, so to speak.

That can either be an incredible hit and really win them over or it could totally flop. Up to you, but if it were me, that's what I'd do, simply because it's an audition for Avenue Q...

Zing Went The Strings Of My Heart gets my vote. Avoid ballads at auditions unless they are asked for. To sit on an audition panel as one auditionee after another sings 'the big ballad' can be like pulling teeth. Better to do something bright and follow up with another if asked.Also, if everyone else is doing a ballad and you come on with something bright it is you that they will sit up and listen to.
