Urban: I had never heard her before but you made me curious sooooo . . . yes! I definitely heard an English accent. I know nothing about her. Is she English? Or is that just her interpretation of the character? Hmmm

No, she is not British. Well, she may be of British descent, just as people are Italian, French, etc...but she was born and raised in Cali.

Wow. My next guess would have been that maybe she was from Boston but guess not! So where does the accent come from? Is it only when she sings or during dialog as well?
