help! where can i get green makeup that wont kill my skin?!?! i have to play Elphaba in a bunch of Wicked excerpts!!!!!!!! hurry!

You have to go to MAC pro...if you're in NYC it's on 5th Av. between I beleive 20th and 21st...somewhere around there. It's on the 2nd floor and I beleive the color is landscape green. It's $22 and you want the chromacake.

Ok that sounds good except 4 the fact that i live in Toronto HAHAHA i wish i lived in NYC! its my fav. place in the world ans the thing is i know where ur talking about aww i wish i could just drive there.. too bad i dont hav a car.. good thing that they hav MAC here!

I'm being Elphaba for Halloween, and I called in a phone order from the Mac Pro on 5th ave. Its 7.95 flat shipping rate I believe. I ordered on a Saturday and it arrived on Tuesday-although that was only NewYork to Central Jersey. You can find the number for the store on the Maccosmetics.com website. Also, there may be other Mac Pros closer to you-check the website--you can always phone in the order with a credit card. Hope this helps!

I'm going as Elphie also and I got my makeup from Target. It's actually food coloring, but I mixed it up with some flour and water and it goes on pretty smooth.

We can't afford a broom. Mom is working for minimum wage and dad just got laid off. But it's cool because Bush is gonna send him back to school to learn better job skills so in about 5 years he'll be able to get a much better job!

Might I had that the make-up has purple mascara to - to give it a more natural (what's natural about green skin) look. It also gets darker in the second act.

If you can't get MAC, Ben Nye base in zombie and shading powder in mermaid are a darn good imitation. I used it in a show last year. It goes on just like normal base and powder and feels about the same on your skin.

back on topic tho: in addition to the green you'll need purple for the shadows and a darker green to get spattered on via toothbrush (make the color seem more natural)its in that times article or whatever it is online

Yeah, I was going to say what jonart said.

Another thing, why do you have to be so specific and spend so much on this certain makeup brand? Green is green, no matter what. What's wrong with buying something cheaper? If you're worried about skin irritation, you can always apply it to a small section of your hand to see if you're allergic.

Also, your typical Halloween "witch" is green, so people aren't going to recognize you as Elphaba, but just as a plain old witch. I don't see the big fuss. A witch is a witch. Green is green.

I know its from MAC and its called Landscape green-i heard you cant get it anywhere but apparently u can! lol- my friend met Idina Menzel (the Girl who plays Elphaba) and she was very nice-she didnt get to talk for long but some stranger saw that she knew all the words to all the songs so he somehow got her backstage-we still keep in touch with Idina and Joby (her assistant) online-and im being Elphaba for halloween too!! becuz im so0o0o0o obsessed with wicked!!
