The season will kick off with the eagerly awaited tour of Stephen Schwartz's Wicked, Dec. 21, 2005-Jan. 15, 2006. The musical will play the Kennedy Center's Opera House, as will the tour of another Broadway musical, Little Women. The latter will play the Opera House June 27-July 23, 2006.

It is going to be in the Opera house so I wonder how they will get the huge sides of the set on there...

Ah, this is good news, but bad news. I told my dad that my sister and I are DEFINITELY going back to NYC to see Wicked again and my dad (who hates NYC) told me that we'd have to wait until it was showing in DC. I told him that the tour wouldn't be coming to DC for a long time anyway, so we'd have to see it on Broadway.
I just hope he doesn't find out about this before I get to go see it again on Broadway (hopefully this spring!), otherwise he'll never let us go.
Wanting life but never knowing how
