I'm looking to purchase tickets for Waitress's run at A.R.T. Row A (the starred row) is less expensive than the rest as it is designated partial view. The view of the actual theatre seating doesn't look like it couldn't possibly be. Has anyone been and is it actually partial view? Thanks in advance!

They are flat on the floor at the same level as the seats in HH. They are temporary folding chairs and when you sit down in them the sight lines are disrupted.

I sat in those "partial view" seats for Pippin and had absolutely no problem seeing anything. They were actually quite comfortable and a great deal (I paid only $20.00!).

We sat in that row for All the Way and weren't bothered at all by any obstruction. Enjoyed the extreme leg room as well (plus the savings!)

Was in Row A for Finding Neverland last year and it was the perfect seat. I believe that the row is back far enough that rowHH doesn't really distract your view.

I'd say it depends on your height. Row A is far enough back from HH that it's unobstructed for many people, but if you're short, the lack of rake can be a bit of an obstruction.
