Wanda the musical?

So John Cleese on Paul O'Grady mentioned working on 'A Fish Called Wanda' the Musical (with his daughter who is 6'2" though why that was important I don't know!)

Thoughts?

Personally I think no, no no! I love that film, if Cleese sees sense to leave Fawlty Towers alone and not ruin people's memory of it, can't he do the same with (imho) his best film?

He mentioned this project in an American newspaper interview a few years back after 'Spamalot' made the Python team high profile again, but nothing has been said since.
Not the best movie to musical project of recent years.

I was going to say, this has been around for yonks! I'd forgotten all about it, to be honest. I'd quite like to see it, but I reckon if it happened here it would be one of those that gets rave reviews but doesn't really get off the ground. I think he'd need to be in it to get decent audiences in.
