War Horse Song Man/Song Woman

Posted: 7/11/11 at 12:32amI saw War Horse again this weekend and I'm nearly positive that Song Man and Song Woman swapped tracks. The solos were entirely switched, as was the blocking. Does anyone know if they alternate performances? If so...I don't want to be controversial in saying this, but it's quite a different show. Still loved it.

I've seen it with the woman on broadway, and the man in the west end.
I just feel more of a connection when the man sings the music. I believe it was originally done by a man, so was just wondering the reason for the change when they brought it across the pond?
