But what do we want her in? A revival or an original role in a new show?
Aretha would love to be in a Broadway show

Anyone recall how when Aretha attended a performance of FELA! and learned what she was expected to do nightly, she nixed it!
As someone who has worshipped at the altar of Aretha since puberty (How bleak was my puberty!!!), all I can say to that the idea of Miss Aretha Franklin appearing 6-8 times a week, basically carrying (or actually carrying) a Broadway musical is that if she truly agrees to such (and SIGNS) well then, you can knock me ovah with a featha-boah!
