All of those videos are shot during previews. Amy was sick for a while during previews, so they only got video with Cara on as Holly.

Oh, and btw, Wicked is not my favorite show because I think it's good. If you look at some of my older posts I am really critical of it. The Bklyn thing was a joke, I actually like some of the songs.
