No rest for the Wicked

08:24 AM CDT on Wednesday, October 19, 2005

NO REST FOR THE WICKED: Carol Kane, who's playing the witch professor in Wicked at Fair Park's Music Hall, hadn't appeared in a musical since she was a kid. "They knew I wasn't a professional singer. It has become challenging and fun, instead of challenging and terrifying. And Madame Morrible is deliciously twisted. I get to make a turn from one personality to another – and wear such gorgeous clothes."

Sorry guys, Dallas news has been a been ... well, non existant...this is only thing I could find. LOL

Yeah, it's weird that there's only been that one article you found before(thanks!) and and this little thing now. Come on Dallas reporters, get writing! re: Wednesday 10/19 Wicked blurb in Dallas paper

If only someone would tell her that you can't understand a word of what she's saying. It's a combination of poor sound in our music hall and an indecipherable accent she uses with the character. Loved her interpretation, just couldn't understand her. I'm just thankful I knew the show, otherwise it would have driven me crazy. Well, it almost did anyway.......
