Does anyone know when the leading members of the show are all performing together? I saw the show last week and Matt Cavanaugh was out.

They perform together almost every night. It was just one night Matt was out and trust me, you were lucky.

Not that this answers your question, but Matt Cavenaugh, Curtis Holbrook, and Cody Green were all out of this past Wednesday's matinee.
