While you are certainly entitled to your opinion, I have to disagree. I saw the show over the weekend and didn't like it one bit. Karen was excellent, and Haley, who was in as Maria was very good, but the rest of the cast and production imho left much to be desired. Judging from the lack of standing ovation at least in the orchestra where there were maybe a couple of people in the orchestra boxes who stood while everyone else in the front part of the orchestra remained stated, most of that audience anyway agreed with me. I frankly was shocked that in this culture where people seem to stand for someone merely showing up on stage the front section of the orchestra largely remained seated.

But at any rate, I'm glad you enjoyed yourself.
