Kyle, muscle meant that Kelli didn't have to go as high in South Pacific as she did in Piazza and Dracula, and the songs in SP are thus not considered soprano songs, despite the fact that a soprano is singing them.

I am also one of the few that LOVED WSS, too. Do I think it's the best show on Broadway? No, but it's certainly up there. Then again, I like pretty much everything I see, including Shrek and 9 to 5, so you can take my opinion with a grain of salt.

Either way, muscle is entitled to his opinion. One person's trash is another's treasure, and vice-versa.

Bwaylvsong - I LOVED LOVED LOVED 9 to 5! I am so sad it closed! To me it was a good old fashioned, and modern, book musical with a WONDERFUL cast. And I enjoyed Shrek A LOT! That show has a lot of heart, a good message and a GREAT cast who SELLS the show!

West Side Story was one of the WORST productions of a musical I have EVER seen, anywhere. I LOVELOVEDLOVED Gypsy. I had high hopes for West Side Story - but was let down. It was horrible.

Kelli was amazing and hit all the high notes in Piazza, re-read my comment. I would appreciate if you don't put words in my mouth. I loved Kelli in Piazza, I said that the songs in South Pacific didn't require her to use her upper register.

It may be in a close top 3 of the best shows but it is nowhere near the best production.

About the clip, I am a big fan of Vanessa but that clip was painful. I must say though, it was my 1st time seeing the show live, I only watched the movie and it bored me. It was like 3 hours long although I lost count when I fell asleep.
The Palace theatre was sold out, all the leads were in, the reaction of the public was superb, my friend and me loved it. That's all I can say.

This is completly out of control. Muscle is just posting his opinion. I did not once read anywhere in his thread "you are morons for not liking it" or anything else along those lines. Stop critizing someone just because they like a certain show.

I know alot of you people LOVE Hair but I dont like it at all. Most of the people who write reviews here about HAIR only highlight how they got caressed, or given a flower, or joked too by a cast member. I think a large group of people love it for the fact that the audience runs out into the crowd (someone asked in a thread a while back, "Which seat should I get to get the most interaction??".

Thats my OPINION. Can you call it right or wrong? No.

People have diffrent tastes and like diffrent things. Nobody can be right or wrong cause everyone is diffrent.

DrunkChitaRivera is a guy, and he's shown far more maturity and intelligence than you have...and he's 14. I really try my best to treat everyone on BWW the way I would treat them in person, and you have been unnecessarily cruel to him for no reason. You act like a bully and consistently annoy the crap out of everyone on BWW. You would NEVER treat DCR in person the way you treat him on BWW and the PM he sent you was 100% accurate. You constantly personally attack him and other BWW users just for a thrill, and it's annoying everyone on BWW (not just me).
