The Threepenny Opera
You're reminding me of people you hear at the movies asking questions every ten seconds, "Who is that? Why is that guy walking down the street? Who's that lady coming up to him? Uh-oh, why did that car go by? Why is it so dark in this theater?" - FindingNamo on strummergirl

"If artists were machines, then I'm just a different kind of machine...I'd probably be a toaster. Actually, I'd be a toaster oven because they're more versatile. And I like making grilled cheese" -Regina Spektor

"That's, like, twelve shows! ...Or seven." -Crazy SA Fangirl

"They say that just being relaxed is the most important thing [in acting]. I take that to another level, I think kinda like yawning and...like being partially asleep onstage is also good, but whatever." - Sherie Rene Scott

Tonya Pinkins: Then we had a "Lot's Wife" last June that was my personal favorite. I'm still trying to get them to let me sing it at some performance where we get to sing an excerpt that's gone.
Tony Kushner: You can sing it at my funeral.

"You can't stop someone who wants to be an artist. If they're going to do it, they're going to do it... Work as hard as you can on the things you can work on. Until it seems like there is no possible chance you're going to succeed, don't give up." ~ANDREW ASNES avatar: me and jason gillman... in the pouring rain.

THE LAST 5 YEARS....
I made a list of all your faults, it was quite detailed and lengthy too and when I read it through I missed you. Your like a classic Eagles song, you just cant help but sing along even though it sometimes gets annoying too. I just know I want to be wherever I can wake and see you there next to me. **High Fidelity** Love is what I do **The Wedding Singer** Xanadu - Best NEW Musical of the Season!

Lennon, Assassins
If Percy Blakeney were in Les Mis....

Percy: Sink me! If it isn't Javvurt!
Javert: Zsah-vair, it's pronounced Zsah-vair.
Pecry: But it's spelled J-A-V-E-R-T Javvurt.
Javert: Repeat after me Zsah...Zsah....
Percy: Oh! Zsa-Zsa! Like the Gabor sister! Well I personally have always prefered Eva.
Javert: (Looks for gun)

Lestat! Face it, y'all just jealous that it's still reaping revenge on Broadway by kicking butt in the Broadway show league. More people will realize its loss WHEN the OCR finally comes out.

I second Pimpernal... an amazing show.

As a sidenote, the original book by Baroness Orczy makes a great summer read.

HMMM... INTO THE WOODS I always though of as a hit- both times... But if it's truly not, then add it to my list... Oh hahahahaha Now I got it... I guess technically it wasn't a GIANT hit... re: What Show Do You Love That Was Not A Giant Hit? Get it? GIANT... There is a giant in the show... Um... yeah re: What Show Do You Love That Was Not A Giant Hit?

^ I'll go with Chitty as well. Brought me back to my childhood.

I also loved SideShow...

Sorry Eponine. ITW or almost every Sondheim show (except original Forum and the current Sweeney) lost it's investment.

They all feel like hits to me too, though...
