Okay, now the guys and Dolls has thoroughly messed up my ticketing plans, I'm left with an open spot for my Dad's Father's Day Present. He doesn't want to see anything we've seen lately which includes the following: Avenue Q Next to Normal Shrek Billy Elliot West Side Story Mary Poppins He absolutely despises plays, so those are out, and he will not see Rock of Ages (for whatever reason that is). He has seen Hair and loves it, but we'll go as a last resort. Some other shows, like Wicked, In the Heights, and whatever else I've left off my list, we haven't seen in a while, and my dad enjoys going back and seeing new actors. Any suggestions?
What about off Broadway shows? 9 times out of 1o these threads never have any off Broadway shows.

We must have different Gods. My God said "do to others what you would have them do to you". Your God seems to have said "My Way or the Highway".
It sounds like you answered your own question. You know him pretty well. How exactly can we help you?
