Its a love hate situation when I watch the video, I'm like "Yay awsome music then AHHH he's soooo ugly and can't sing and was on Baywatch! EWwwww get him off my screen. It pianful to watch him in "Your Work and Nothing More" my favorite J&H song, ahhhh!

Ok I'll stop ranting...it had to be said though. Admit it..

I don't really hate an muscials, I don't LOve some but I don't hate them either..

Not a fan of Blast. At all. My hopes were up after watching Bway on Bway 2001, but when I finally saw it, I wanted to leave at intermission (but didn't, since I had press tickets). Am I the only one who doesn't see why Blast got so much raves??

Seussical the Musical!!!!!!!!! EWWWWWWWWW
Urinetown and Beauty and the Beast are amazing (although, Beauty and the Beast on Broadway doesn't have as good a cast as it should. I saw it at the Kennedy Center, years ago, and with really good dancers, it's AMAZING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!)

DANCE OF THE VAMPIRES.

Had they cut the humor and made it into a serious gothic musical, it would have worked much better. Most of the songs (except for the comedic ones) were actually very well written. Michael Crawford was boring in a supposedly sexy role. Mandy Gonzales was awesome. Mark Price was playing Riff Raff all over again. Sets, choreography, and lighting were terrific. But, once again, the humor didn't work... at all.

Passion and Falsettos, I just didn't enjoy as they were going on (uninteresting story, forgettable score, whatever).
Mamma Mia was just so DUMB...hit me more at the end, after all the ludicrous "plot points" had piled up. Plus I don't like the forced standing ovation. Has there been another show that introduced a song during the curtain call, as they do with Dancing Queen? So if you stand up to sing/dance along, you're giving a totally undeserving show a de facto standing ovation!
