it really depends on luck now that its summer, most of the lottos are gonna be packed. for example, just like jordangirls's friend, i put my name in the Wicked lottery on a Saturday and was the 5th name called, however I've tried ACL's lotto twice and Rent's lotto twice but have not won either of those.
