So I had the idea where we could make a thread and just dream cast live action musicals and revivals! I'll start by doing a Wicked Movie dreamcast!
Elphaba- Lea Michelle would be ok if you wanted someone people know, but if it is just broadway people than please Mamie Parris!!!
Glinda- Dove Cameron would be great!
Fiyero- I know this is a popular opinion but I do feel Zac Efron would do pretty good!
Nessa- Anna Kendrick please! Lea Michelle could also do it lol
Boq- Ben Platt P L E A S E
Morrible- JANE LYNCH
Wizard- Joel Grey can just reprise his role he was so good!
Dillimond- Lin Manuel Miranda would do super well!
Idina could be the midwife? She has kinda blew her voice out lol

I usually find dreamcasting to be kind of hackneyed and setting myself up for disappointment, but I would love to see Stephanie J. Block play Rona Lisa Peretti in Spelling Bee.
P.S. Michele.

It won’t happen cause it can’t....but a Laurie Beecham as Norma Desmond I think could of been amazing.
I’d love a “Showgirls” reunion w Gina and Berkley as Roxie and Velma.
Also a Chris Diamantopoulos (Billy) Becki Newton (Roxie)
Andrea McArlde as Donna in “Mamma Mia”
sarah brightman coming back to “phantom” as Carlotta.
Alice Ripley and Donna Murphy as Norma Desmond has to happen at some point.

Now there's one I'd never thought of!

NBC presents: the cast of THE GOOD PLACE in a live performance of "Legally Blonde." Not even my favorite show by a landslide, but the thought of Kristen Bell as Elle, William Jackson Harper as Emmett, Jameela Jamil as Vivian, and Ted Danson as Callahan makes me smile. Gotta work in cameos from all the guests, especially Jason Mantzoukas and Maya Rudolph.

HIGH SPIRITS with a saucily daffy Bernadette Peters as Madame Arcati, a seductively playful Billie Piper as Elvira, a sultry "Rachel Roberts-ish" Michelle Dockery as Ruth and a charmingly dapper Julian Ovendon as Charles.

I would sit through LND again if Warlow was in it and that's saying a lot.

The character should be even older in LND than in the original, and yet they keep casting all these young guys in both productions. Warlow would be excellent.
