I am going to see Saved in May. Does anyone have any idea what I should expect? I have not heard any of the music and I have never seen an Off Broadway show before.
Do you think the producers expect that the show will eventually transfer to Broadway or do you think that it may never be heard of again after this short run?
I know it hasn't started yet - but I am just hoping to hear everyone's thoughts on thier expectations.

I have seen the movie and I quite enjoyed it. I never really thought it would be an obvious choice to become a musical adaptation though I admit.
I love Julia Murney though - so that was a plus.

I think they're eyeing a Broadway transfer, but unfortunately that looks unlikely with the number of new musicals coming in next year.
When I stagedoored Xanadu, Curtis Holbrook said that they were hoping for a transfer.

Why is it a ****ty thing to say?? I'm really hoping that it's going to be an amazing show and that I'm going to be able to get tickets to it because of its all star cast. But the reality is chances of an off-broadway show getting recorded are extremely low.
And the reason "so many people" are wearing grey in my avatar is because me and megan mullally are lovers and just happened to be wearing the same color when I went to meet her.
Now, I'd like to know why you used **** for **** but wrote out ****? F*CK is a worse word, no?
