What ever happened to Princesses?

I thought that this was scheduled to come to Broadway after workshopping at the 5th Avenue Theatre in Seattle. What happened?

It premiered in Seattle last August and was... well... not very good. The reviews were pretty poor. I usually enjoy every musical I see, but this one was sort of a waste of money. The songs were not very singable, and the severe differences between the real, prep-school girls and the "little princesses" on stage was too much. I don't know where it went from Seattle after such a terrible preview.

It was okay. Not a favorite. But there were some fun numbers. The plot line should be fixed and some of the songs should be cut or added. Also, there is some crazy hip hop break in the second act with the main characters boyfriend, and the music is just so so so out of place. I hope it does fix up and come to bway though. It would attract a nice crowd.

...What happened next, was stranger still, a woman breathless and afraid, appeared out of the night, completely dressed in white. She had a secret she would tell, of one who had mistreated her. I was talking to the sound designer for it Jon Weston, and he told me that is currently being reworked and that they were going to start the design process up again in the next month and it is still shooting for a fall to early winter premier.
