I would definitely go see that! I love Jim! It would be especially funny if he could play the Wizard while Ana was Elphaba. That would never happen but that would be interesting/weird.

Sadly, it would be a big waste. I saw him for the first time in 3penny, and I was blown away. For me, it would be like watching and only thinking, "I wish I could see more of that!"

I'd go see Wicked at least one more time for him. He is such a first rate performer and if him and Ana were together in it, I'd kind of like to see them put on the mean faces and just bitch together again in their 2 little raised chairs. They were absolutely the best team on stage last season.

C... I totally agree! They were amazing together. Even though they would never be in Wicked together, I'd love to see them in another show.

Its sad that the only decent role for older actors on broadway is in that miserably underwritten role of the wizard.

Here is another idea about Jim Dale: I do not know how big the part is, but what if he replaced John McMartin in Grey Gardens?
