I'm so used to seeing my nephews do that to their curly hair it doesn't even bother me. They lose their tempers with their hair when it doesn't behave and off it all goes.

Tag I in a way agree with you. I think in production photos and on film he's not all that attractive but I had the pleasure of meeting him and talking with him last March and he's quite good looking up close. His charming personality added on to it makes him even more attractive. His girlfriend is probably the person walking the dog with him; she's on a soap and for some reason I've forgotten her name, a very nice girl tho. I hope he comes back to the stage but from what I gathered and he went to the same high school as a classmate of mine I think he really wants to focus on a film career.

Well i find him to be one of the more "manly" actors on Broadway these days. Aside from his talent, he has a masculine, sexy charm. That really cant be said for the young man that you use for your profile picture Tag. Different strokes.

cat has a very good point. Whether you think Matt looks fantastic in photos, or not great, you will definitely find him better-looking in person. And I agree that his personality enhances that....Fozzie...hehe.

I too would greatly miss him on the stage, but if he really wants a screen career, then I only hope the best for him in that area (and by best, I mean no more boy bands!)

Though I really hope Catch Me If You Can is still in the works, and that Matt hasn't ruled that out. I'm quite excited for that project...wish I'd hear news on how the development is going...

Yes, WRQ, I'd wish him well in a film career, but that doesn't have to exclude theatre. I think guest roles in good TV shows would give him a chance to explore character, too.

He is too talented for the sheer DRIVEL of soap operas.

I think he has the metal of a fine dramatic actor, and just shines in musical roles.
