HI-
I was thnkng about seeing a show, that I haven't seen before:
Little Shop Of Horrors(discount...it's a good thing!)
Wicked
Twentieth Century(discount)
Sweeney Todd-NYC-OPERA, w/ Elaine Paige.
I don't know what I'm in the mood for for a matinee...?!

"Mrs Robinson, you didn't really think I would do something like that?"

Little Shop. It's nothing earth-shattering, but it's just a lot of fun.

Little Shop or Sweeney Todd. You can see Little Shop any old time, so maybe you should see Sweeney.
"The stage is where I live and come alive and act out all the things that go on in my life. It's not just what I do for a living, it's my shrink and my love affair. No one in my life has ever or ever will kiss me on the mouth like this lover called my relationship with my performance."

not even a debate here... Go see Wicked with the original cast (it'll win the 2004 Tony for best Musical)...

Then go see Avenue Q (it should win the Tony for best score)

Disregard what I said about Little Shop, go see Wicked! Sheesh! What was I thinking?

I'd say don't miss the opportunity to see Elaine Paige on stage. You will be blown away, she is divine! All the other shows are going to be around for a while so you will have many chances to catch them !!

Take care

Definately go for Sweeney how could you miss an opportunity like that?! Sure Wicked and the others are great, but this is probably a once in a lifetime kind of thing with Elaine Paige in Sweeney. (This from the guy who STILL hasn't been to Broadway.) re: re: What should I see?
My avatar is a reminder to myself. I need lots of reminders...

Sweeney Todd - but only if you can get good tickets. The State Theatre is a barn. I'm still hoping City Opera will build a new opera house downtown so they can get out of that horrible theatre.

Also I would see a performance with Timothy Nolen in the lead, he's alternating the role with Mark Delavan.
