It's a song about a head floating around. The lyrics include:
You ambushed / As I stood defenceless / and as I hold my wine glass / nodding, smiling / your monologue receptacle / my head, detaches / and floats right out the window...
I'm pretty sure it's a theatre song but I'm not positive it is.

It was a cabaret performance. It sounds so familiar I feel like i've listened to it before, plus the lyric is really weird so I am curious who wrote it.
The head continued to travel like to coney island or something too but i cant remember any more.
