I want Cabaret to be revived again!
I never got the chance to see this show but I love the movie and really would lik to see it live. However, I think that currently Chicago would be too much competition for it. Mabye when it closes...

The last Cabaret revival only closed a couple of years ago so unless they pull a Les Miz, we won't be seeing any Cabaret for a long time.
I personally believe that Cy Coleman's score for Will Rogers Follies wasn't comparable to his earlier works and City of Angels had an entertaining but not magnificent score. I mean listen to the now legendary opening notes of "Big Spender" and then listen to any song in Will Rogers Follies.
I am anxiously waiting for a revival of Kiss of the Spider Woman, I saw a scaled down version of the show and it worked really well, will it work on Broadway? Not sure.
Does anyone think that Passion should be revived Off-Broadway? I think this show is so intimate that it deserves to be performed on a small house.

Posted: 2/26/06 at 3:14pmLet me tell you. 38 years have passed...and still no revival of Burt Bacharach and Hal David's "Promises, Promises"! (except for the Encores! production, but still...) That really burns me up. We really REALLY need a full-staged revival of that show.

I liked Will Rogers & City Of Angels
One show that should be revived is Irma La Douce
