True, but Wildhorn never had bad intentions. He and his team were given deadlines from producers in Europe who wanted to hear the entire score immediately. He followed their rules and did what he had to do. He looked EVERYWHERE for someone to record an OBC, but no one would budge, so he assembled his own cast and recorded his own music. He seeked every possible option but could not record the OBC. As soon as the studio cast finished the CD, the producers in Europe got a hold of it. Now, we're waiting to get it due to other "legal issues."
