I did a search but could not turn up anything. When are Tony ballots due? Also, are they paper or electronic?

I don't have an actual ballot to get in, I just wondered...
This was motivated by the Cubby campaign. I just wondered if the finale would be before or after the actual votes were due. Anyone have the answer?
